The Aikido of Athens dojo maintains an active seminar program which allows its members to train with visiting Japanese Shihan (master teachers) and teachers from Europe. We maintain relationships with dojos around the world (especially Ireland, UK, Spain, Italy and Switzerland) which creates the opportunity for travel to dojos and seminars around the world as well as hosting groups at our own dojo.
The Aikido of Athens dojo is an active member of the Aikikai of Greece Federation and maintains regular exchanges with the other dojos. These take the form of seminars and visits by Aikikai of Greece Federation Sensei as well as Sensei from abroad, as well as joint practices where dojos get together for training and exchange.
The Aikido of Athens dojo also maintains training relationships with many other dojos in Greece to broaden our training experience and foster good relationships within the Aikido community.
